Not an offer, bid or contract. Content on this site, including project descriptions, checklists, guides, timelines and answers to common questions, is general information. It is not a bid, estimate, offer or contract, or legal, insurance, tax, engineering or permitting advice. Submitting the form, or receiving a reply, does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. LPD is bound only by a written agreement signed by LPD and you.

Response times. We aim to respond to requests within one business day. Response and estimate times are goals, not commitments.

Provided "as is." We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, LPD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This does not limit anything in a signed written agreement between you and LPD.

Names and logos. The LPD Builders name and logo belong to Lombardi Property Development LLC. Photos and text on this site belong to LPD or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Links. Links to other sites, such as the CSLB license lookup, are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Governing law. These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about this site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California.
