Privacy

This website is run by Lombardi Property Development, LLC, CSLB #1082065 ("LPD," "we"), a California general contractor. This page explains what we collect through the site, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you request a walkthrough, we receive what you type:
- the address of the property,
- your name,
- your phone number and, if you give it, your email address,
- the type of property and whether you are the owner or a representative (such as an adjuster, attorney or manager), and
- any notes you add.
With each request we also receive some technical details: the page you sent it from and any campaign tag in the link you followed, your IP address, your approximate city and region (estimated from your IP address), and the time you sent it.
This site does not set cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising tags on it. Our host may keep standard server logs for security.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and prepare for a walkthrough, prepare a scope and price, keep a record of your request, and keep the form free of spam and abuse. We do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
We use a few service providers to run the form and the site. They handle your information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:
- Resend: delivers the request by email to our team.
- Twilio: sends a short text alert about new requests to our team.
- Follow Up Boss: our customer database, where we track requests.
- Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script): a request log.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and limits repeated submissions.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Browser privacy signals
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed. We do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals, because we do not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep walkthrough requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if we start a project together or the law requires it.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you, where it came from, and how we use and disclose it,
- give you a copy of it,
- correct it, or
- delete it.
To make a request, email sales@lombardipd.com or call (415) 299-5369. We will confirm your request using the contact details you gave us, and we may ask for a little more information to make sure the request comes from you. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We will respond within the time the law allows (generally 45 days). We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
California "Shine the Light"
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Children
This site is for property owners and their representatives. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
